Grimes of Pennsylvania, has taken on an age-old problem with the hopes of helping the dogs we see every day chained or tethered outdoors.Their website has a letter that can be downloaded and mailed to those who are guilty of this injustice. If you do not wish to send the letter to the guilty party, you can contact Tammy, and Dogs Deserve Better will mail the letter for you.
